A client from Vietnam chose our model 22205 from showroom photos. Then they picked a microfiber leather from a supplier’s colour card, and we made the chairs in it.

STEP ONE · THE SHOWROOM SAMPLE

What the client saw first.

These are photos of our showroom sample in genuine leather. The curved back wraps into two low arms, and the round seat sits on four slim steel legs.

STEP TWO · THE CLIENT’S BATCH

Made in the leather they chose.

Instead of the genuine leather on the sample, the client chose an orange-brown microfiber leather from a supplier’s colour card. We quoted with that material, then produced the chairs with a matte black carbon steel frame.

HOW THE ORDER WORKED

Four steps, one material change.

Showroom photos

We sent photos of the real sample, so the client could judge the shape before anything else.

Client’s material

The client picked a microfiber leather from a supplier’s colour card instead of the sample’s genuine leather.

Quote with that material

The price was worked out for that exact leather and for wooden-crate packing.

Produce and pack

Chairs were made with a matte black steel frame and packed one chair per wooden crate.

Tell us these two things early.

The exact material. If you have a supplier and colour code for the leather or fabric, send it with your enquiry. Upholstery changes the price, so we quote with your material, not a substitute.
How it should be packed. Carton or wooden crate, and how many chairs per package. Packing changes both cost and freight, so we confirm it before the quotation is final.
